Information we collect
NadoTech collects information only when you choose to provide it, through the general inquiry form or the Digital Risk Snapshot request form. Depending on the form, that may include:
- Your name
- Your business or organization name
- Your email address
- The website or domain you provide
- Your area of interest
- Any message, context, or notes you choose to add
Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log basic technical information, such as IP address and browser type, as a normal part of serving web pages and preventing abuse. NadoTech does not use this information for tracking, profiling, or marketing.
Why we collect it
We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, evaluate and scope the work you are asking about, and follow up about NadoTech's services. We do not use it for any other purpose, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
How submissions are transmitted and handled
When you submit a form, the site's server validates your submission and sends it to NadoTech as an email using Resend, a transactional email provider, over an encrypted connection. You also receive a confirmation email at the address you provided. Submissions are not written to a database by this website; they exist as email in NadoTech's business mailbox (and transiently with the email provider as part of normal delivery). Retained submissions are kept in that mailbox for as long as they are relevant to the inquiry or engagement.
The forms also include automated spam and abuse controls — a hidden honeypot field and basic rate limiting by connection. These controls do not track you across sites.
We do not sell your information
NadoTech does not sell, rent, or trade personal information, and does not use it for unrelated marketing.
Sensitive information
NadoTech does not intentionally collect sensitive personal information — such as financial account numbers, government ID numbers, or health information — through this website. Please do not include sensitive information in the message or notes fields.
Cookies and tracking
NadoTech does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies on this website. Only the technical mechanisms a modern web framework requires for normal operation are used — none of them track you across sites or build an advertising profile.
Requesting correction or deletion
To review, correct, or request deletion of information you have submitted, email Hello@NadoTech.io. We will respond promptly.

NadoTech may update this policy as the website and business evolve. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
